Finder is a browser-based application developed by the GeoCommons team for finding, organizing, and sharing GeoData in common formats. Designed to both host and store GeoData, Finder's greatest benefit is centralizing GeoData from all over the Internet.
Finder is now available as an invitational beta. If you want to get in on taking Finder through the paces, please sumbit your information through the beta signup form on the right. As space opens up for more guests we will send out more invitations.
All of the GeoData in Finder has been uploaded by individuals or organizations to be shared. That GeoData is free to download as KML, Shapefile, or CSV.
